There Are A Lot Of Social Networking Sites Out There

by Dave Saunders on January 19, 2008

I made a list of all of Web 2.0 sites where I can be found. I’m sure this list will continue to grow. I think I need to hire someone just to keep up with them all.

Friend Feed seems like a great way to build a server that doesn’t really do anything…but why should that stop me from having an account?

And everyone should be a Wikipedia editor…

What am I saying? Actually, most people shouldn’t be one. ;-)

Some of the URLs for personal RSS feeds are CRAZY!

  • Thanks for the list, great info. Social bookmarking and social marketing should be used with caution. You definitely can get great listings with these techniques but you also need to be responsible.

Great information. There are so many.I have heard some people are outsourcing their posting, and tagging. I don't think that is what social networking and marketing should be about. You lose so much information and the opportunity to make friends, and contacts.
  • Great site Dave.
