Secret History of the Credit Card

It’s a little scary that the laws have been set in favor to the banks to pray on the consumer and what we need to do is get educated. This documentary, run originally on PBS, has some amazing interview footage.

Consider this: those who pay off their credit cards every month are called “deadbeats” by the banks. Why? Because they can’t make fee-money off of you.

Some banks are now earning more money in fees than in interest.
