If I may, I'd like to add to what you said about showing interest in the needs of your audience. Some people are able to do this more easily than others. To some it comes naturally, but I believe the majority of us have to learn it. It is a skill set that is needed in any walk of life to be sure, and it is especially needed if a person has any chance of being successful in internet marketing.
